Maggie! That sippy came with my mom from the states... as the sippies here are horrible! The weight loss- He just determined to eat less, and try to avoid the bad stuff he loves so much (like soda). He still eats pizza and the good stuff, but instead of a whole large pizza, he eats 3 or 4 pieces! He's 6'4", so he still needs a good amount, lol! (No Fair!)

Wow, that is great! My husband needs to lose about 40 pounds and just can't stick to any diet. He works 2 jobs so forget exercise. I feel bad for him, yet, I keep telling him, he is the only one doing it to himself. He is the one making the food choices.
Best wishes.
